AFM Event (Race, School & Practice) Entries:
-
All events have Pre-entry and Post-entry dates. Post-entries will be accepted with a $50
service fee. See the AFM Rulebook Appendices for very important Pre-entry information and tips.
-
At the track, if you claim you sent in a pre-entry and Registration says no entry is on record,
you must have clear proof of having sent it to AFM (on-line confirmation, fax receipt, mail or
express receipt, etc.). Without such proof, the entry will be considered a Post-entry and subject
to a $50 admin fee.
-
Pre-entries are not accepted until the "Entries first accepted" date following the e-blast mailing
of the pre-entry forms, schedule is given below. Any entries received before the "first accepted"
date and time will NOT be processed. Entries received after the deadline will be considered a Post-entry.
-

dates and detail apply. You may fax or mail your entry using the special pre-entry form.
This type of entry must be hand input and will result in a time delay. PLEASE enter
using the on-line system for accuracy and time sensitive processing. All types of
entry, on-line, fax and mail may be paid by check, money order, or credit card. Cash
