It's quite easy, affordable and gives great returns, besides assuring good exposure for your business or products to AFMers in all AFM ads, programs and over the PA on each raceday. Typical AFM sponsor levels are described for anyone who might be interested in getting more AFM member exposure. for more information. Register for contingency: myAFM>edit profile>sponsors>please select. A list of current AFM contingency vendors will pop up, select and add. You may add your “personal sponsors” here as well. You will only have to do this once! The information will always be in the system. You may add or delete a vendor at any time. A contingency sheet will be printed and attached to your tech sheet. Detach, sign the form and take it to the contingency person for decal verification. Sponsor decals are available at the contingency location. If you do not turn in the contingency form your registration is not complete and you will not receive any payouts. Contingency can be found at Tech, Saturday 8am to 5 pm and Sunday 8am to 10am. NO form will be accepted after 10am Sunday. Anyone caught falsifying contingency information may be disqualified (per the AFM rulebook). NOTE: Some sponsors will be providing their own forms/stickers on raceday from their pit. Those that choose to handle their own contingency program will be noted on contingency page (once we receive that info). | | |
