    Okay, that excuse aside, here's the motion passed by the Board:
    "In the spirit of competition the INC board grants a one race exemption to any competitor who runs an after-market/non-oem fork cap for the first AFM round March 22/23. If approved a member of the board will notify the AFM Chief of Tech of the one race exemption. Scotty will then put it on the agenda for April's board to clarify rule 9.2.8 d."

    Gee, the Board decides to enforce the rule the way it's always been enforced. An odd concept according to those at BARF. But that's just my opinion.
