I'm planning on making it there for the Friday open track. Who else plans to make the first race?

I'll be there, probably Friday as well. I was down there yesterday. They did some paving work in T2. It's a little better now. Everything else was about the same. There's also a new wider T2 that some AFM'ers went out and tried at lunch time to give some feedback regarding using it for racing. I didn't hear the feedback, and didn't get to ride it. It basically turns T2 into a double apex.

Of course, it was muddy. Anyone that went off track ended up with a bike caked in mud. As a K@TT instructor for the day, I had to help pull one bike out of the muck. It was hard to avoid getting dirty.

I'll be there too. Haven't gone since last March so I'm gonna be rusty. I'll prolly go in Group 2 (Fast, Faster, Fastest) so if you do the same we can ride together (or, more precisely, I can follow you Smile )

Mud is good for one thing... if you do crash, like low side, it will just stop your bike and prevent it from flipping over times and times again. I'd rather have a dirty bike than a dusty and destroyed one Smile
