    Thanks every one

First of all I would like to thank Mike and Chuck and 147 ( dude I cant remember your name sorry ) for all the help this weekend . I gave it my best shot to make the grid . This part really sucks I started to pull the engine apart to fix all the stuff I half assed and get the head and cylinders off for shaving then decided to pull the water pump off just to double check it . Guess what the impeller shaft had snapped off at the impeller . The seal must have enough drag on it to turn the impeller at idle so it looked like there was water flow when I pulled the cap . Yep I pulled the Head off for no reason . Oh well that's racing see you all in May.

It's the other "Mike" or "Mikey" or "Michael" or "Mick" ... I'll let you decide!! Laughing

Sucks to hear that!! But the reality is ... the water pump problem most likely caused it to overheat, and thus caused it to blow the head gasket. So not to say you did not need to pull the head, but you needed to fix the initial cause first and move onto the resulting consequences. I had my doubts about the gasket I gave you really "fixing it" ... but I had hoped it would. I give you a big A for effort for sure!! You're a trooper!!

May it is then ... good getting to talk to you some Mark ... and also good to see you had a damn good attitude about everything. The never say die attitude may not always give you the results you intially strive for, but it sure as hell makes for a better time all around!!! Very Happy

Oh, that sucks! At least you have it figured out and plenty of time to get it together for R3. That's cool having others step forward to offer assistance.

    See you out there.

Congrats Allen on a great showing this last weekend!! Got to meet you briefly at the end of the day, after we both collected our hardware!! Very Happy I'll look for you next month and maybe chat a bit longer with you.

Jon, looks like you got kinda a bad start, but then moved on to the front. I held onto you for a couple laps as best I could, but then you gapped me and I couldn't keep up. I also seen I had gapped 4th by a bit, so I kinda slacked off a bit too. Embarassed

Look forward to the next round and this whole season!!!!

Thanks Michael and congrats on 3rd place! I wanted to chat some more with you but it was getting late and everyone was in "head for home" mode. Next round for sure. Stop by for a cold drink.

Jon got a slow start because I pulled the old Your-shoelace-is-untied gag on him. Don't know what I'll come up with next round. :p
