Although not having any points in this exhibition series, I got a pretty good start from the 4th row for an old fat guy. Just needed a little bit more oomph up the hill to get to the leaders, but still a great start. Got caught up in a battle between 2 FLAP riders who eventually crashed out, but despite putting my head down for several laps, I could not close the gap on the lead 3 and settled in for a very comfortable 4th place! Not a bad way to finish a Saturday!
