I think I just wrecked the rebound valve on BOTH forks doing a fork oil change (something I've done probably half a dozen times) Rolling Eyes

Why must I suck so bad?

dude, don't worry. Now you just have to take the rebound out of the rear and you'll be set (although it's not gonna make you look like you lost any more weight...).

When the fuck did you change to #200? I don't approve.

As much as I like Joe's idea, I asked a professional, and Phil@Aftershocks was nice enough to show me the trick to get the needles un-stuck without disassembling the cartridge.

Zoran, some day I aspire to your station in the racing world...."Professional shit disturber and builder/fabricator". You got it good and you know it Wink

If you've assembled them correctly and they feel like landing struts, turn it upside down and hit the cap against a block of wood to un-stick the rebound needle. Nothing too forceful, just enough to get the needle out.

If theyre apart, and youre trying to bleed them and the rod is being really ridiculous (ie: not moving), put on full compression to hold the rod up, pull it up, then lightly tap it with a soft mallet to un-stick the rebound, worked like a charm.
